NuArx Cares: Our COVID-19 Response

This is a copy of our recent communication sent to current NuArx customers.

The following letter was sent to all NuArx customers on Friday, March 13, 2020.


As a technology company, NuArx is closely monitoring the dynamic situation of COVID-19, along with the rest of the world. 

First and foremost, the health and well-being of our customers and employees remains top of mind and our highest priority.  Some of our customers have locations in impacted communities and we remain available to assist as needed. We will continue to act thoughtfully and courageously despite the disruption and uncertainty COVID-19 brings to our daily lives. 

We want to reassure you that during this challenging time NuArx is available 24/7 to support and serve you.  Below is an operational update from our leadership team:

  • Our managed security ecosystem continues to perform well, supporting the shift of people managing businesses remotely and the increased number of mobile/digital orders.
  • We are leveraging automation systems to ensure that our 24x7x365 Network and Security Operations Center, critical business processes and supporting infrastructures remain at full strength in order to continue to provide reliable security and PCI Compliance services to you.
  • We identified essential team members throughout key functions of our business available to support our services and customers for extended periods with minimal face-to-face interaction at our locations.
  • We directed our team members to follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)’s recommendations, as well as reinforced those who may be symptomatic to not come to work. The majority of our team are fully able to operate from remote locations or at home.

No matter what, our team is focused on keeping your interests safeguarded. We will continue to monitor the news and any applicable requirements from the CDC, as well as local and state governments.
