PCI Security Standards Council Qualified Security Assessor and Approved Scanning Vendor
NuArx is certified by the PCI Security Standards Council as a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV).
The PCI Security Standards Council was founded by five global payment brands (American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard, and Visa Inc.) to be responsible for the development, management, education, and awareness of the PCI Security Standards, including the Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
As a QSA, NuArx has been qualified by the PCI Security Standards Council to have their employees assess compliance to the PCI DSS. Qualified Security Assessors are employees of NuArx who are certified to validate a business’s adherence to the PCI DSS.
As an ASV, NuArx is able to validate adherence to certain DSS requirements by performing vulnerability scans of Internet facing environments of merchants and service providers.
Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force (ECTF)
NuArx is an active member of the Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force (ECTF), dedicated to the prevention, detection, mitigation and aggressive investigation of attacks on the nation’s financial and critical infrastructures.
HIPAA Compliant Company
As of December 3, 2012, NuArx has earned recognition as a HIPAA Compliant Company. HIPAA is the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. This law makes it easier for people to keep health insurance, protects the confidentiality and security of healthcare information and helps control administrative costs.

NuArx’s Service Desk has been recognized as one of the top support centers based on customer satisfaction data collected through the HDI Customers Satisfaction Index (CSI) Service, a third-party tool that tracks and trends customer satisfaction from year to year.
